As much as we don't want to admit it, fall is officially here! Saskatoon in the fall is such a beautiful time, with so much going on!

I, for one, LOVE the season of fall. If you have yet to go out for a walk along the Meewasin Valley, you must go ASAP! The colours of the trees along the river are absolutely stunning. With a new season, there are many fall events and festivals coming up. Here is your guide to Saskatooning this October!

Fall at Black Fox Farm & Distillery

One fall must-do is spending time at Black Fox Farm & Distillery. Be sure to add their uPick Pumpkin Experience to your agenda! It is stunning out there all the time, but the colours of fall make it absolutely gorgeous! Enjoy all the beautiful colours of fall, sip some Gin on the patio and get your pumpkin for carving, decorating or baking into a dish with their 3-acre pumpkin patch to choose from on Wednesday – Sunday 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Black Fox also has some other great experiences you can check out, such as: Pumpkin Carving Class, uPick Flower Experiences, Outdoor Tasting Experience, and so much more; you can make a day out of it and enjoy an afternoon at Black Fox!

Pumpkin After Dark Experience

The Pumpkins After Dark Experience is new to Saskatoon this year, happening at Prairieland Park! I'm not going to lie; when I first heard this, I thought it would be some haunted and scary event (which isn't my thing!) HOWEVER, after learning more, it is a must-see event with over 10,000+ hand-carved pumpkins, pumpkin sculptures and displays with music, sounds and special effects, perfect for the family or an Instagram-worthy photo op! It will run from October 11th to 31st in the evenings; I can't wait to check it out! Get your tickets here!
