SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival

Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan

Where: Festival Site- Spadina Cres.
Step into a world of timeless tales under open prairie skies. Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan is a long-running outdoor theatre festival delivers Shakespeare's classics with a modern twist. This year's shows are A Midsummer Night's Dream: 1985 and The Tragedy of Richard II. Be sure to check out their other events, such as the Players' Series, Yoga Sundays, and more, all set against the stunning backdrop of the South Saskatchewan River.

Downtown Sidewalk Sale
When: July 10–12, 2025
Where: Downtown Saskatoon
A local favourite! Thousands gather Downtown to score deals from local shops and pop-up vendors at the Downtown Sidewalk Sale. Alongside retail therapy, enjoy street performers, food trucks, and kid-friendly fun like face painting and character meet-and-greets. It's one of the best ways to support Saskatoon's local businesses while enjoying the summer vibe.

YXE Urban Games
When: July 18–20, 2025
Where: Victoria Park
YXE Urban Games is a multi-sport, multi-culture event takes over the city with street energy and bold creativity. Watch or take part in 3x3 basketball tournaments, breaking battles, skateboarding, rock climbing, and spikeball showdowns. There are also live art murals, demonstrations, cultural activities and a market! It's all wrapped in a vibrant scene of graffiti art, food trucks & beer gardens, and live DJ sets. There is something for everyone, so be sure to come check it out!

Back to Batoche Days

Where: Back to Batoche Festival Grounds
Join Métis Nation–Saskatchewan for the largest outdoor Indigenous festival in Canada, Back to Batoche Days! Immerse yourself in Métis culture over four incredible days of celebration featuring traditional music, dance, and cuisine. There will be jigging, fiddling, Métis artisans, activities for kids, traditional teachings, voyageur games, live performers and competitions, horse races, and more!

The Saskatoon Fringe Festival is a theatre fest is bursting with imagination. Catch more than 200 performances from local and international artists across indoor and outdoor venues. Beyond the stage, the Broadway District transforms into a buzzing hub of food vendors, craft booths, music, and street performers. It's funky, fresh, and full of surprises.

It is a classic summer experience! The Saskatoon EX brings thrilling rides, midway games, live music, and deep-fried everything. Rock the River + Show & Shine Weekend
