We have a few important reminders.

• If you do not receive a copy of your ticket immediately after purchasing please check your junk mail and if you don’t have it  search 'wixevents'. If you don't find it, email us immediately at [email protected] so we can resend it to you! Please do not wait for the day of the market as our response times to emails can be up to 24 hours.

• You are expected to arrive at your scheduled check-in time and are not bound to a 2hr shopping block. Take your time to complete your shopping.

• Kids 12 and under will require a FREE kid ticket. 

• There are no returns/refunds on tickets. If you can no longer attend please consider gifting or selling your ticket to a friend or loved one. Exception: If the market is cancelled, refunds will be issued.
