OPEN COCKPIT DAY – CLIMB INTO THE HARVARD!
Ever wondered what it felt like to train as a WWII pilot?
Now’s your chance to sit in the cockpit of the legendary Harvard training aircraft, take photos from the pilot’s seat, and receive a short flight crew-style briefing just like trainee pilots once did.
The North American Harvard trained thousands of Allied pilots during the Second World War as part of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan, many right here in Saskatchewan. On this special day you can climb inside and see the pilot’s view for yourself.
