An evening of culinary & cider perfection.
Join us at Crossmount on February 13th or February 14th for an exclusive and intimate Valentine’s Day dining experience at the Pine & Thistle at Crossmount. Indulge in a thoughtfully crafted 4-course dinner, with each dish artfully paired with exquisite ciders.
This special evening will feature the first-ever public release and tasting of Saskatchewan’s first ice cider, Prairie Frost. Be among the very first to try it as our cider maker walks you through the unique process behind creating this exceptional cider. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase a bottle at the end of the evening.
Evening schedule:
• 5:45 pm – Guest arrival
• 6:30 pm – Cider presentation followed by the first course
$105 + tax per person includes:
- A curated 4-course meal prepared by our head chef
- Perfectly paired ciders for each course
- An exclusive opportunity to meet our cider maker and chef, who will guide you through each pairing and its story
- Unique experience to try Saskatchewan’s first ever made ice cider
