After each time in the hot room, step outside and cold plunge in the lake (only available in Fall & Spring when the lake is unfrozen), allow the cool air to envelope you or roll in the snow! After, linger in the cozy relaxation area. Replenish with lemon water, nurture yourself in our cozy luxury change robes or soft blankets, and take this moment to reflect, journal, or simply be present in the tranquil atmosphere.
