Learn to SUP - Level 1

At Back2Nature Wellness & Adventures we teach you the safety and skills you’ll need to efficiently stand-up paddleboard on your next adventure!

Your certified Paddle Canada Instructor will teach you efficient and safe ways to get on your board and out paddling!

In the Learn to SUP Level 1 Lesson, we teach you:
- Safety Skills for getting out on the water which includes the gear you need, weather and paddling conditions and falling off and remounting your board safely
- Proper sizing and holding a paddle
- Mounting your board
- Paddling while sitting, kneeling and standing
- Forward stroke, braking stroke and sweep stroke
- SUP Knowledge
