International Day of Yoga - FREE Yin Yoga Class

We’ll begin our practice amongst the trees with mindful breath work, followed by a sequence where poses are held for 2-5 minutes each. You will be provided with variations for each pose so you can decide what feels best for your body in the moment. As we near the end of our practice, we will close with a guided meditation. All yoga equipment provided.
