Find a quiet corner along the riverbank, or in a nearby park (my personal favourite is President Murray Park). As you sit quietly and reflect on your day, let your surroundings and the gentle sounds of nature deepen your relaxation and ground you in the present moment. This final moment of tranquility will leave you feeling fully rejuvenated and at peace.
