The Long Thread: Celebrating 90 Years of the Ukrainian Museum of Canada

Join us for a special evening celebrating 90 years of the Ukrainian Museum of Canada and the generations of people who have shaped its remarkable history.

Enjoy an evening of music, beautifully curated charcuterie, decadent desserts, wine, and signature cocktails, with plenty of time to reconnect with friends and explore the Museum and its newest exhibitions, including Collected: 90 Objects, 90 Years.

We are especially pleased to welcome Linda Lazarowich, the Museum’s first paid Director, as our special guest. Linda played a pivotal role in the Museum’s history, leading the organization through the development and opening of its current home in 1980.

For nine decades, the Ukrainian Museum of Canada has been shaped by the vision and dedication of generations of members, volunteers, donors, staff, artists, and community supporters. The Long Thread celebrates that legacy while looking toward the Museum’s next chapter.
