Saskatoon Heritage Society's 50th Anniversary

Come and explore Saskatoon with fresh eyes! There will be cultural entertainment, numerous walking tours revealing the history and cultural heritage of the surrounding neighbourhood, various displays, and don't let's forget the special colouring station for young people where they can bring to life the historic buildings of Saskatoon's downtown.

The event begins at noon with Opening Ceremonies and special greetings.  Mayor Block will bring greetings from the City. Our President, Lenore Swystun will be speaking at 12:30 pm. and First Nations Knowledge Keeper, Lyndon Linklater, will be speaking at 1:30 pm. 

For over 50 years, The Saskatoon Heritage Society has helped tell the story of Saskatoon and has encouraged us to look after our heritage in its many forms - our natural, cultural and built heritage.

Please join us as we celebrate this milestone and the stories and neighbourhoods that make up our evolving city.
