Edges - A Musical Song Cycle

Luminaire Theatre Works presents EDGES, the first ever work of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, (creators of Dear Evan Hansen, The Greatest Showman, and La La Land) EDGES is an acclaimed song-cycle that explores the exciting, confusing, crisis-inducing, and hilarious experiences that come with finding your place in the world. Through a collection of contemporary musical theatre songs five young adults navigate love, identity, ambition, and the complicated transition into adulthood. Featuring stories that span their early-twenties into their thirties, EDGES’ characters find themselves caught between who they are, who they want to be, and who the world expects them to become. They wrestle with the choices that shape their lives and the relationships that help them make sense of it all. Honest, heartfelt, and bursting with youthful energy, EDGES captures the uncertainty of the change that comes with adult life, and showcases the courage it takes to step into the unknown. Join Luminaire Theatre Works for an intimate musical journey about taking chances, making mistakes, and discovering who you might become when you stand at the edge of everything.
