- Volunteer Orientation: Monday, July 14 at 7pm at the Royal Canadian Legion #63 located at 606 Spadina Crescent West
- Set Up: July 15-18
- Festival Starts: July 18
- Festival Ends: July 20
- Take Down & Clean Up: July 20 & 21
