What events do I need a ticket for? 
The YXE Urban Games main site in Victoria Park is a ticketed event. The main site includes the FIBA 3x3 stadium.

Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through the tickets page or in-person at the event.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Not required but recommended. Save time and skip the lineups by purchasing your tickets in advance!

Can I get a refund or exchange tickets for another day?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Day passes can be used for any day of the event. Feel free to pass along your ticket to a friend if you are unable to attend!

Do Children require tickets?
Children 7 and under are admitted free (when accompanied by an adult)

Does my ticket get me access to the FIBA 3x3 games?
Yes! Seats are not guaranteed and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

What happens if it rains?
The event runs rain or shine! In the unlikely event of extreme weather, the competitions and games will be delayed, and if they cannot be played outdoors, some will move to back up indoor venues. Announcements and updates will be made through our social media channels.

Can I bring in food and beverage?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food Vendors will be on site, providing a variety of options of food for purchase. We do encourage you to bring your own refillable water bottle (free refillable water stations will be available on site)! Please note that event security may open water bottles to determine if they contain alcohol, if so, the contents will be dumped out.

Is smoking allowed?
No smoking, cigarettes or vapes of any kind are allowed in Victoria Park. If you wish to smoke, you must leave the ticketed area, and will receive a stamp for re-entry.

Where can I park?
Like anywhere downtown, parking is tricky! We encourage you to consider alternative transportation like biking, scootering, taxis, ridesharing, carpooling, or using public transit. On site there will be a free bike valet for safe bike storage!

Can I bring my dog?
No dogs are allowed within the ticketed venue in Victoria Park.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes! Strollers are welcome.
