Vendor Village Applications Are Now Open 

We’re building something bold, fresh, and undeniably local. The Vendor Village at the 2025 YXE Urban Games is your chance to be part of a one-of-a-kind weekend that celebrates urban sport, street art, music, and the diverse creative spirit of Saskatoon.

From handmade goods and art to unique products that reflect the culture of our city, we’re looking for passionate vendors ready to showcase their work in the heart of the action. Thousands of attendees will roll through Victoria Park from July 18–20, and the Vendor Village is where they’ll stop to browse, shop, and connect.

Here’s what you need to know:

• This is an application-only process. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance.
• Selection will be based on product quality, uniqueness, reputation, and alignment with the Urban Games vibe.
• No deposit is required with the application.
• If accepted, full non-refundable payment will be due by July 1, 2025.
• Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, cheque (payable to Discover Saskatoon), or credit card.
• Vendors must provide a description of products, space and power needs, and any sustainability efforts.
• If selling any food items, a Temporary Event License is required through the Event Organizer.
