Submit an Event

Members of Discover Saskatoon are invited to submit upcoming events to be featured on our Events Calendar. To be eligible for inclusion, your event should: 

• be open to the public
• be located within a 90-kilometre radius of the city
• have broad appeal to Saskatoon locals and visitors, and enhance the overall resident and visitor experience

While priority is given to our members and partners, non-member events may also be considered. All submissions will be reviewed by our team prior to posting to ensure information is complete and the event conforms to the above guidelines. You will receive an email letting you know whether your submission has been approved. Though we try to review submissions as quickly as possible, please note that the review process can sometimes take up to one week. This is due to the number of submissions we receive at any given time, prioritization of our member and partner's events, and timeline of when the events are occurring. TOP TIP: Ensure your event is submitted with at least 14 days notice to maximize impact and reach! 

Approval is up to the discretion of the Discover Saskatoon team, but please note we are unlikely to approve events in the following categories:

• Fundraisers (e.g., galas, walks/runs, golf tournaments)
• Religious ceremonies or functions
• Political events
• Business and/or networking events
• Seminars, lectures, and workshops
• Promotions, deals, discounts, or coupons 
• Grand openings (unless the business is a member of Discover Saskatoon)
